Our consultants and executive coaches in Los Angeles are available hourly or per project. Hourly fees average $200/hour depending on the quantity and type of service needed. Onboarding fees apply to all new clients based on their needs.

Starter Package

Is it time to formalize your business? ASBC can assist you with our starter package that provides you with all the key elements you need to get your business set up in an efficient and legal manner in Los Angeles. Each executive coach you speak with has been vetted and understands our philosophy of educated support. Our service includes:

A 1-hour legal discussion with a business attorney who understands small business incorporation. Should your new business be an LLC, sole proprietorship, C-corp, S-corp, or something else? Learn the direction to follow. (Note, we can assist with paperwork filing if desired, however, this package does not include those costs.)
A 1-hour discussion with a small business accounting expert. Learn the basics, what type of software to use, the ins and outs of receipt management, and the value of financial reports.
A general discussion on health insurance for you as an individual or a small group plan. Our health insurance expert is based in California but can offer insight for any state to get you moving in the right health insurance direction.
A general discussion on business insurance, what you might need, and where to get the necessary insurance to protect your business, clients, and yourself.
A 1-hour discussion on business operation, mission, and goals. Developing a strong roadmap is the key to small business success. Meet with a successful small business owner and discuss your future plan.
The total cost for the starter package is $900. The intake processing fee will be waived if additional services are requested with specific consultants. Due to the high volume of use, we will schedule you as soon as possible for this service, but there may be a short delay. We work as quickly as we can but never sacrifice quality.
Tune-up Package

It’s time to maximize your small business’ potential with the help of our leadership coaches in Los Angeles! Step in for a “tune-up” and we will look at the mission, goals, financials, socials, and growth strategies moving forward. Another set of eyes may help you see things you cannot see for yourself! We provide TRUSTED, seasoned “eyes” to help you achieve your next level of success.

A review of mission, vision, and goals with an executive coach.

A deep dive on issues that may be troubling or concerning, and can be solvable with an outside look.

A review of the “big picture” and discussion on how to achieve, whether that’s increased revenue or an exit strategy.

A review of financials – our financial experts take a look and offer a new set of eyes to determine the pros and potential cons.

Exit Package

A minimum hour-long discussion with at least two different executives who have successfully navigated the “exit” process.

A 1-hour discussion with a finance expert about pricing your business and preparing it for sale.

A discussion about legal and accounting support will be shared. (This is huge when exiting a business.)

A comprehensive due diligence list will be shared to help you get started to position your business. A discussion will take place to ensure understanding.

Our Los Angeles executive coaching team will help you prepare for the transition that you will be facing. It’s not just a sale; It is a life transition that you will need to prepare for.

Jason Horecky​

Jason Horecky has I graduated from the University of Florida in 2018 with a degree in business and a minor in innovation. After graduating I was hired by my parents to help them grow their statue importing business.
After noticing that they were stuck doing the same processes they were doing for the last 25 years, I came in and brought in new income producing activities to streamline their processes and increase their profitability. I started to send out consistent email marketing/sales calls to continue generating new business and nurturing existing business that allowed their company to grow to $1 million in sales per year.

On top of that, I began my deep dive into learning how to sell products on Amazon to bring in yet another extra income stream to my parents. I took professional pictures, wrote out beautiful bullet points, captions and titles and listed their products on my Amazon store. Once I saw thousands of dollars come in organically through this vehicle, it instantly intrigued me to learn all the different ways to grow as an Amazon seller. I began reaching out to hundreds of companies a day to get their approval for me to resell their products for them on Amazon. I would help them to improve their keywords, messaging and marketing to better connect with their target audience as well which would improve my sales too. This allowed me to sell over 50+ products and to become a six figure seller in my second year of business. This brought the attention of large amazon selling companies in the United States that wanted to hire me for my services. From 2020 through 2021 I was hired by Recommerce to help manage and monitor their $15 million per month Amazon store.

I began sharing my successes online on multiple social media platforms which generated over 5,000 followers in just a few months of consistent posting and outreach. By doing this I really learned how to grow an audience, conduct market research and give them exactly what they wanted. I realized I had a skill in teaching others what I was doing and created 2 successful coaching businesses for Amazon selling and investing. I’ve developed a keen eye for marketing, branding, social media, sales and building an online presence.
